The Balwaan BX-50 is a 50cc brush cutter built for cutting standing crops and grass in Indian field conditions. It runs a 4-stroke petrol engine, sits on the shoulder in a side pack setup, and works through a full 360 degrees.

Farmers use our BX-50 to harvest dry, matured standing crops such as wheat, paddy, maize, jowar, mehndi, and soya bean. It also clears dense undergrowth and unwanted weeds, prunes trees, and trims hedges and garden grass. The machine cuts 1 to 3 cm above the soil surface and gathers the cut crop to one side as it moves. A single operator can cut 10 to 15 bigha using the 80-tooth blade at 70 percent working capacity.
