All orders placed on our website are processed within 1–3 business working days, excluding public holidays. Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive a shipment confirmation via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp, as applicable.

After dispatch, a tracking number will be shared through Email, SMS, or WhatsApp. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active and reflect the latest shipment status.

We currently ship orders within India only. Standard delivery timelines typically range between 4–7 business working days after the shipment leaves our warehouse. Estimated delivery timelines are calculated and displayed at the time of checkout. Please note that actual delivery times may vary depending on the customer’s location, courier partner availability, and external factors beyond our control.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at the time of checkout.

Customers are requested to ensure that the shipping address provided is complete and accurate. We shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or losses resulting from incorrect pincode or incomplete address details provided at the time of order placement.
