Return Policy

Customers are requested to carefully review all product details before placing an order. Please note that we do not offer order returns, cancellations or refunds once an order has been confirmed and processed.

In case of genuine issues such as receipt of a damaged, defective (only manufacturing defects will be covered), or incorrect product, we may offer a product replacement, subject to verification and approval by our support team. All replacement requests are evaluated based on product condition, availability, and internal quality standards. The final decision regarding replacement shall remain solely at the discretion of the company.

In exceptional cases where a prepaid order cannot be fulfilled due to product unavailability, the paid amount will be refunded. Such refunds will be initiated only when fulfillment is not possible, and no suitable replacement can be arranged. Refunds will be settled within 7–10 working days post confirmation of unavailability of the product.

Customers may be required to provide relevant details, including unboxing videos, images or videos, to support verification of their request.

Please note for any claim, an unboxing video is mandatory, and manufacturing defects cover only the engine, motor and battery.
